Todays Crossfit class rocked!!

It's amazing to see how much people achieve working hard at The Box.   

I had some extra time today to watch Tyler Billington, aka Sugar-Baby, train his class - which he really enjoys and takes pride in what he does!  ... 

It's great to see so many of them reaching their potential -

 And seeing so many new faces is awesome!!

  

... The energy is amazing when everybody is working hard !

Keep up the momentum!  The payoff is huge!!!
