First I want to say thanks to Kent Stamey - he has developed an awesome Crossfit facility in Hickory and has kicked off another Crossfit Open Games with a bang!! This is my first - this morning being the first of 5 weekends in total - I'm presently ranked in at 35th - although I was 33rd 20 minutes ago - but out of 539 and growing I'm going to pat myself on the back!
And a personal thank you to Greg Field for timing me today! and pushing me! and along with Kent, helping me get to this point in my Crossfit experience! Can't wait to compete at 50!! Look out!
