Now eat this!

Give your traditional pancakes a rest and try this simple, 3 ingredient recipe - they are delicious!!

2 ripe bananas mashed
2 whole eggs (mixed into bananas with fork)
2 heaping tablespoons of almond butter and mix well

add to this mix some walnuts, berries or chocolate chips

add a small amount of coconut oil to pan and cook - but be careful not to burn as this is not your traditional pancake that will get dry with bubbles on top when its time to turn - so just check and you'll be pleasantly surprised at how great and easy they are to make.  

Great snack before or after a good workout!  3 ingredients and packed with protein!  So good you don't even need syrup!
